This first interview was taped on or shortly before May 8, 2012, a couple of months before her petition received a "Founded" report from the now-defunct New Hampshire House Redress of Grievances Committee. I voted with the majority, although I have some lingering doubts about the details of her story.  I am convinced something bad happened to her, but her documentation failed to shed much light on several key points.

Mrs. Miller returned a year later.  Rep. Avard was no longer in office, the Redress Committee no longer existed, but her battle continued.  This interview was taped on or shortly before April 17, 2013:
