Paris & Stavros Get Into a Traffic Accident

The sequence of events is basically as follows: Paris's beau, Stavros Niarchos III got into the driver's seat of a Bentley (not the same one seen in the famous Carls Jr. cheeseburger commercial) which was surrounded by paparazzi. Paris sat down next to him, and some lesser celebrities got in the back. Niarchos, even though he is not particularly famous, covered his head with his jacket to avoid being photographed, which is not a good idea when you are trying to drive. He rear-ended a box truck parked a few feet away, and then wisely chose to pull the jacket off his head and drive away. A few blocks away, the cops (and the TMZ crew) caught up with the Bentley. Even though the one of the kids in the backseat (Talan Torriero from MTV's Laguna Beach) said “I'm the only sober one,” the cops didn't bother to test Niarchos' sobriety, choosing instead to simply let him off with a warning. We don't know where Paris and her friends were going, but my guess is Carl's Jr.
